Jodi Carlton has over 20 years of combined experience as a therapist, educator, and coach. As a professor, she inspired curiosity in students about human drives and motivation. She has counseled and coached hundreds worldwide in over 13 countries with challenges like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and brain injury. Jodi is a leading expert in neurodiversity and has helped countless teenagers, parents, adults, and couples to understand brain differences in language, emotions, sensory processing, and behavior. Her neurodiverse relationship podcast featuring couples, partners, and professionals has been downloaded by thousands in over 42 countries. For Jodi, neurodiversity is personal. Her expertise is rooted in relationships with domestic partners, her children, family members, and close friendships. Jodi is also a survivor of narcissistic abuse and spent years recovering from codependency that resulted from the abuse.
